1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using NURA ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Service Description

NURA is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to provide personalized nutrition suggestions for individuals using GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, and similar medications). Our Service offers:

• AI-generated daily and weekly meal plans
• Personalized macro and calorie recommendations
• Hydration tracking and goals
• Symptom-aware nutrition suggestions
• Smart grocery lists (Pro subscription)
• Detailed recipes and meal preparation guides (Pro subscription)

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use NURA, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

NURA offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic access to daily AI-generated meal plans and macro tracking
• NURA Pro: $9.99 USD per month, providing full access to all premium features including weekly planning, smart grocery lists, and detailed recipes

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. User Data and Health Information

To provide personalized nutrition suggestions, NURA collects and processes certain health-related information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:

• Current and goal weight
• Height and age
• GLP-1 medication type and dosage
• Symptoms and side effects experienced
• Dietary preferences and restrictions

You acknowledge that you are providing this information voluntarily and that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in less optimal suggestions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NURA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or health complications
• Any damages arising from your reliance on the Service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NURA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any health decisions you make based on information from the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NURA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
